Orders ship via USPS (placeholder — OWNER: confirm actual carrier). You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unworn items in their original packaging. Custom and bespoke pieces made to your specifications are final sale and not eligible for return.

Because each piece is handmade, small natural variations in gemstones and finish are part of the character of your jewelry, not a defect. If your piece needs a repair or adjustment, reach out and we'll do our best to help.
